Changes to IWA’s Online Bill Pay Service


Members now have access to a new online portal which provides improved historical account consumption information and billing and transaction history. The portal also allows members to set-up credit card autopay and update e-mail and phone number contacts. To register an account in the new member portal, you will need to have your new account number and the last payment amount on the account. This information is available on your January 2022 billing statement. If you need assistance in setting up your online account, don’t hesitate to call us. If you’re an ACH auto draft customer, there are no further changes needed. Your payment will be drafted on the due date of your bill. If you use bill pay through your bank, where you have your banking institution send out a check on your behalf, please update the account number so we can successfully process your payment and minimize the risk of service interruptions.
